A few practical questions
Do I need to be an expert to set this up?
No. Every step is guided, and the templates give you a sensible starting point you can adapt.
What happens when something changes?
Edit the procedure and Vigil saves a new version, keeps the old one, and asks staff to acknowledge the update.
Is my score the same as being compliant?
No. The score shows how complete your preparation is. The legal duty stays with your venue, and the SIA decides compliance.
