Declared at the door.
Mobility, assist level and how someone wants to be reached, captured behind explicit consent. A reference is issued, never a name.

A plan you can act on.
Primary and secondary routes, step-free checks, lift authorisation, equipment and muster, all on one card.
Everyone accounted for.
A live evacuation board that reconciles every plan when a hazard, a congestion shift or a lost refuge changes the room.

Getting everyone out
19:30
A guest who uses a wheelchair arrives. Door staff record their needs with their consent. A reference is issued, not a name.
19:31
Vigil builds a plan: step-free route, a backup route, a refuge point and a steward.
22:10
A stairwell is blocked for a delivery. Vigil recalculates every plan that used it.
22:40
The alarm sounds. The steward knows exactly who they’re responsible for and where to go.
